Transfer money to a non US bank without converting to local currency

Hello!
Can I transfer money directly to my non US bank account, Europe bank account, without converting them to my local currency? I have an account in USD so I wouldn’t need to convert them and I also don’t want to use paypal, I need them in my chosen bank.
So can I do this thing directly through fiverr? I only know that for every transaction Fiverr will keep 3 dollars.

You can try asking Payoneer this question since bank transfers go through that company.
