Transferring balance back to Paypal?

Hi, I’m sure this has been answered a TON of times before - but I had a cancelled order (long story, totally unhappy) and now have $25 in my Fiverr account - how can I transfer that back to my Paypal? I seemed to see it said it does that automatically but so far it hasn’t and it’s been over a week.



Any help would be really useful, thanks in advance.
