Translation missing

When someone views my gig, they see "Translation Missing: En… " at the point where I’ve set the number of words included, using a drop-down box provided by Fiverr. You can see the issue on the attached screenshot (I hope - first Forum post; not sure how this works).

I’ve had an open Support ticket for nine days but they don’t even seem able to grasp the issue. Today they asked me to clear my cookies and cache and use an incognito window in Chrome. This for an issue reported BY POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS. Besides, I’ve already told them them I can replicate the issue by doing what they’re suggesting.

Is anyone else experiencing this and, more to the point, has anyone else solved it.

Welcome to the Fiverr forums.

Unfortunately, Fiverr almost never shows up here. Posting the bug, though, does make it so other users can see it and note if it’s a frequent bug, and/or possibly investigate it and report it themselves.

Do you know if your potential Buyer also reported it on their end?

Thanks for your reply. As far as I know, none of the potential customers who told me about it have reported it. There’s at least one I could ask to do so. I’ll do that. Good idea. :+1:t2:
