Your gig name should contain the service you provide like “I will do video editing” or “I will do translation from English to Turkish” or something like that.

In addition to what @hazel_justin131 advised suggest you delete this gig (as the URL can’t be changed) and make a new one.

Just changing the title is not sufficient.

The gig URL needs to bear some resemblance to the gig title to appear properly in the search results.

Also you are sharing details of how you can be contacted off Fiverr in your gig description which is against the Terms of Service at the bottom of the Fiverr main page.
