Tried to verify student ID, but locked me out?

I live in England and am 17, I don’t have a passport/ID so I was using my student ID card for verification, and tried a few times. It locked me out of making orders/withdrawing funds and I can no longer verify my ID again.

I contacted Fiverr about this early morning 11th November, so it’s been well over 72 hours and I still have no response. I don’t mean to rant or anything here, I’m just looking to get my account back so that I can get back to doing orders, thanks.

Customer Support is extremely busy at present and can take more than 10 days to respond.
