Trolling sellers

What is the process for stopping trolling sellers? I am a seller. A week ago, someone with a blank profile ordered one of my gigs. I provided the service in full color, with free extras, and we had positive exchanges after the work was complete. Then, suddenly they slam me with a long, negative review and 2-stars.

1 - Do I pull my engagement and refund their money?

2 - How do I warn others before they get scammed?

Fiverr isn’t responsive, and neither is the seller/trollingbuyer

If this repeats I am off Fiverr. Not enough $ to be worth the hours of repairing the issue.
