Trouble with "Custom Offer"

Hi everyone, here’s something funny happened to me, I think it’s a Bug. I sent a custom offer to a client nearly three weeks ago, she accepted it, I delivered the order. Client didn’t respond in time so it auto completed in three days. The creepy thing is, client used it to place another order today!!! How can this be possible. Has anyone encountered something like this before? What should I do now? Send a cancellation request? Think I should notify fiverr support. If anyone have any suggestions, please share. I’d greatly appreciate it.



Maybe the client order twice. You should talk with him…

I’m not sure if custom offer works like that. It’s not like a Gig, every custom offer is unique.
