Trying to get my money back

I ordered an ad service for $100 but they needed some information I didn’t know I needed before hand and I also do not have. I requested the order be canceled since It’s unable to be preformed. They said they would agree to a mutual cancel and then it said that the seller declined to cancel the order. How do I get my money back when the seller declines to cancel


Keep canceling and in future never make order before everything but absolutely everything is not cristal clear in inbox conversation. Every seller states to contact him before making order.
