Twice a Buyer placed an order and then cancelled it!


It’s been 2 times this month a new buyer (same buyer) placed an order and then cancel it, saying “Sorry, the order was mistakenly placed”

I cancelled it twice saying “It is okay”

It enhanced my cancelled orders, that I am usually less concerned about, but why a same buyer will repeat the same mistake twice…

contact customer support or nudge buyer


Put a mandatory requirement that just says:
“You are about to order gig xxxx. Are you sure?”


This is why Fiverr needs some kind of system wherein we can either nudge a buyer or have them forcibly led to a guillotine.
