Two 5 star ratings on items - 0 stars on main profile?

This is regarding my new profile on fiverr… I completed my first two jobs and received two 5 star ratings on each item - however it still says 0 stars on main profile?



Does this mean I received a 0 star review on my main profile? This would not make sense as the buyer was very happy.



Do I need to contact the buyer and ask them to fill out something they forgot?



Or do I need to contact fiverr support?

I see you as having 5 stars also, looks like a bug. I would contact cs.

Before you file a report, try clearing your cache and cookies and logging back on to the site. With some browsers, you need to do that sometimes to get the newest page to load.
