Two months passed, not yet level 2

Well, when two months of being a fiverr seller passed and had more than 50 sales, I’m worried that I’m still not a level2 seller. Waiting for 4 days now and nothing happened. I have a 100% rating… but I have 8 mutual cancellations because of stupid buyers. Even If I explained to Costumer support, that they could remove almost all cancellations because they were not my mistakes… they wont. I can only guess this is now the reason I’m still not level2 seller - thanks to stupid buyers who don’t read descriptions or add details if they order a gig.
