It’s against Fiverr’s policy to operate more than 1 account. Doing so can have your account suspended or terminated.

I suggest contacting support for further clarification.

It literally happened to a friend of mine. The account got terminated for good.

I suggest you contact customer support and give them the name of the accounts you want on the card. They will tell you what happens next.
