Um....where's the money?

Hi. I’m really confused. I completed an order several months ago, but I don’t understand how we get paid by Fiverr. The client already paid, so how does that money reach me? It’s been more than four months now and I’ve heard nothing. I don’t understand how this works. Can anybody straighten me out?

What? I set up my gig. Something must have happened if you can’t see it. Weird.

Your illustration gig is on hold. You could make it active unless there was an issue with it.
If you didn’t put it on hold maybe it went on hold automatically if you weren’t active for x amount of months.

Ah. That makes sense. Kind of surprised it goes completely invisible when it’s on hold, though.

“on hold” kinda mean inactive.

If you haven’t done so already, read the Fiverr Terms of Service.

That should explain to you how Fiverr works so you don’t have to post questions like this on the Forum unless you encounter a serious issue.

Out of curiosity, did you verify your id and… and register your payment method?
