Unable to find skill test option

I am unable to find the option of skill test in my profile. Why? Please help me. I wanna take a skill test for proving my skill.

Go to Profile> Scroll Down> Then you will find “Take a Test” option at the left side like this picture i attached.

Yup, I get it back. It had happened to my inactivity.
