I got 4 star ratings after my first sale of the gig i.e. 80% rating. I can not make new offer now to new buyers. I refund the money to the buyer still can’t make new offers. Please help me out for this.
Send Customer Service a ticket with a screenshot of the refund and ask that the review be removed because the gig was refunded and so it’s like it never happened. Remember to be polite.
