Unable to open email in inbox where source is located [ANSWERED]

I ordered something in Feb. which included the source file. When i click on his name or email in my Fiverr inbox, it will not open. An orange bar appears at the top that says … for privacy reasons I am unable to email him direct … i’m not trying to email him; just open the message so i can retrieve the source files. HELP

It sounds like the user is no longer on Fiverr. Contact Customer Support with their username. They might be able to help you or refund you. When you get a delivery, it’s fairly critical to take all deliveries/attachments immediately. Sellers come and go, especially new ones.
