Unable to Respond to Message

Hi!
I’m new to Fiverr, and I received a message from someone about something related to my work. I’m not sure what exactly, though, because I cannot view the message. Fiverr on both the iOS app and my laptop tells me that I cannot respond directly to that user. I have two questions.

  1. How do I respond to them? Or does this mean that the account is compromised in some way?
  2. Will it affect the response time and percentage on my profile? I don’t want to lose my status due to something that I do not know how to fix.

You can’t, Fiverr banned them Yes, it will affect your response rate times and percentages. HTH.

Don’t worry about it affecting response rate and such. It usually doesn’t do it badly enough to matter. If it does, you can ask CS to adjust it accordingly. According to a staff comment on another thread, they don’t intend for spam posts (which is what those usually are) to count against you. They system doesn’t work perfectly right now, though.
