Unable to take offers from buyers request:(

Dear All,

Am not able to take offers from buyers request as my rating went down below 90% because of cancellation of an order as i was busy in my personal work, even though i have communicated the same to the customer but still he rated me low ;(

It affects my rating and restricting me from taking offers in the buyer requests column.

Kindly help.
