Unable to upload files right now

Anyone having this issue of not being able to upload files to Fiverr as of now?

Mod Note: I have heard that this is a problem for a number of people including myself.
With something like this, always try clearing your cache/browser history but on this occasion it seems like a bug that is site-wide or affecting a lot of people at least.
Deliver via Dropbox or Google Drive and include a note for the buyer to say that Fiverr is not allowing uploads and that this is the suggested resolution for now.
If necessary, direct them to this thread. If you are late with a delivery because of this issue, contact customer support.

I just uploaded a file.

Make sure the file name has no (’) (-) or other characters beside plain letters

My files won’t attach, either. Says unknown error.

I can’t upload deliveries neither. I will try on a different browser

I also Cant :frowning: if It Dsnt fix Within 1-2 hours then i will Lose my this Buyer :frowning:

What to do in case if it says, 'You didn’t upload the Source File’
Deliver button won’t work :disappointed:

Unfortunately nothing I think.
As mentioned in the mod note - if this causes you to be late, send a ticket to CS explaining it.

It’s late night here actually that’s why I want it to be fixed ASAP. :sweat_smile: so that I can have sleep then after delivering the pending orders.

This has happened before and I think it is usually fixed quite quickly but I don’t know obviously.
When you need to sleep, send a message to any due orders explaining it to them and that you will deliver first thing tomorrow if the issue is fixed.

I was having an issue for the last hour sending a file as well. I just tried about 5 minutes ago, and had success! I had tried on both Firefox and Internet Explorer. Finally worked using Firefox. Unknown Error in red kept coming up. Hopefully they will get this resolved soon, as I bet it was just sheer luck that I got it to work! :slight_smile:
