Customer Support probably will suggest you to contact the seller to ask what´s up anyway, so it´s best to do that first, like already suggested.
If you don´t do anything, you´ll get an automated mail from Fiverr when the order has gone from “late” to “very late” status (I think it was 2 or 3 days after due date that I got that mail when I bought something the last time), suggesting to message the seller, but you´ll also have the option to cancel one-sided by then.

I would suggest sending them a follow-up message. If that fails, use the resolution center to cancel the order or ask CS to cxl.

This is the way to go, if you don’t get a response, cancel that order and get yourself a seller with a good response rate and delivery time so you don’t have to go through this again.
