Unauthorized Payment

I was withdrawing my funds through “Local Bank Transfer” option in the past and today i got my Payoneer Prepaid Master Card and i wanted to attach it to my fiverr account for future payments. But i got a problem when i click on “Fiverr Revenue Card” button it says “Almost done please check your email for further instructions” but unfortunately i did not received any email from fiverr and my funds are deducted from my account and even it added to my “Withdrawn” section. Now my funds are 0 but i did not get my funds. Could anyone help me on this issue.
