In my Dashboard it says there is unread messages, but I have no messages. The other posts reporting the same issue did not help me to resolve the issue. The only messages I have are old orders that have been read and I do not want to delete. I have deleted all other messages and still get this notification.
Contact the Customer Support if other threads couldn’t help you. They sure will take care of the matter.
Maybe you can try to clear cached or maybe restart the browser if you use browser or restart your app if you use the app.

I’ve read all messages.
I contacted support and they fixed it.
