Unrelevant gigs' topics

I am looking for some gigs and some titles are like that “making articles on any keywords you suggest”. When contacting a seller it occurs that it is far from “any keyword”.



Discussing that with a seller leads to nothing. A few will correct the title in favor of truth but sacrificing new inquiries.

Why are there no any mechanism (like flagging or some negative review or anything milder forms of a negative feedback) which would allow to let sellers AVOID HYPE?



I am sure that a lot of buyers will agree with me. It would be a great choice for FIVERR to go in the direction of quality service.
