I recently ordered a gig (I’m a buyer) to produce a logo. The seller produced the logo and now I want to upgrade. I click on the “Add $50” and at the top I get a header that “You Cannot Add To A Completed Folder” yet the gig is still seen as “open” and “late”.

To recap - the logo has been provided as requested. Now I want to upgrade. But it won’t let me.

This might be because the seller has marked it as delivered, so the Gig is preventing you from adding an extra to it now. You might want to try the “Request modification” button, and then adding the extra. Otherwise, you can either order a second gig with the extra or contact customer support to help you out.
