Uploading word documents from Mac

I am having trouble with uploads of word documents. Upload seems fine but once I click send it says Attachment unavailable - any suggestions please? I am buyer

Word and PDF. Last 2 purchases have been affected. it was fine before that.

Try zipping the files. In most cases It could be your browser.

You can try using another browser or zip the file also you can upload the pdf to dropbox.
