URGENT. Bad experience with fiverr seller. NEED HELP

I m having a very bad experience with my order, i hired someone on fiverr for a shopify site and he has not responded in one whole week. fiverr charged my account, i dont want him getting paid for incomplete work. I have contacted the resolution center twice and have not heard back from anyone. Help PLEASE! My order # is: *************
