Urgent: How do buyers remove reviews?

I had a buyer and he rated me 4 stars. I talked to him and since the issue was out of my control, he was understanding and agreed to remove the review. The only problem is that neither of us know how.



Please help!!! I need responses as soon as possible!

Hi @friendlywebguy. Try not to stress too much about this. The fact that the Buyer is willing to do it is 99% of the solution.
