Urgent: I need to extend an order

I requested for four days extension from a buyer: on the buyer’s side, it is showing 4 days, but on my side it is showing 20 hours… How do I fix this? I need answers urgently please, this buyer is never consistent online, he can go offline the next minute.

Did he accept the time extension request that you started via resolution center?

Yes, he did. It has reflected on his dashboard, but not mine

Then simply contact CS. They will fix it for you :slight_smile:
