Use of conferencing softwares

Hi to all my fellow freelancers

I am new to the platform there is one things that I need clarification on

As per reading article people shares it is against the TOS of fiverr to use any other platform for communication. However in sometimes there is a need and requirement where I need to explain the project with sharing my screen and giving out all the ideas of what I have done in the project.

In the above case scenario how can I do it ?
