Used off Code causing Payment failure!

Hello team,
I have noticed an unusual behavior on your website. Past 2 weeks I was trying to pay for a gig using first-time code “NowDoMore20” and every time I initiate payment they failed. (with same visa card). But today tried without promo code and VOILA, payment successful in the first attempt with same VISA CARD. I smell something fishy & unethical here. O.o can any one explain the cause.

You should ask customer support about this.

Could be that the code is no longer good to use. Just an observation, but it’s best to ask customer support for the reason.
