A customer was sent a revision and has not delivered in time has not done the art I have asked for and does not refund my money nor responds to my chats. How do I get my money refunded. ADMIN HELP!
Go to the Resolution Center on the order page, and request a cancellation.
If that doesn’t help, you’ll need to contact Customer Support. You can submit a ticket to them here: https://www.fiverr.com/support_tickets/new
This is forum, and we’re just sellers and buyers. Nobody on the forum can make your seller deliver the work or refund your money. You can either use the Resolution Center (as described above), or contact Customer Support. Good luck, and sorry it happened to you!
