Using Skype/phone for gigs that require this

I need some advice on how to work when live s***e or phone sessions are needed in order to deliver gigs. I see that there are many sellers who deliver their services through phone or s***e, though Fiverr would not agree with this.



Please help meunderstand what I need to do in order to be able to deliver these services to buyers.

Contact customer support for s***e and let them know the reasoning behind the need. and they usually let you if it is 100% needed.
