Verification issue from Phone

Hello there, I have on very trouble with ID verification from my Phone. When I went to (ID verify notification) my phone, Then I did click on this ID verification notification But when I went to the last step to take My ID card but they did not give me access.
So how can I take my picture? Please help me.

This might be because of your image. If your real; image & the ids image dont match , then they wont verify it.
