Verify fiverr account

I got the notif. to verify my fiverr account.I am trying to do it since a week but whenever I put my number it says enter the code from your fone but I never receive any code.Please guide.I tried it in incognito mode of chrome.I did it after clearing the cache.But no result.Can any one help plz
