Very disappointing about fiverr cancellation method

Recently I complete some work for a buyer & after complete the buyer requiest paypal dispute as a result fiverr refund my revenue.what’s the wrong with me I complete the work.This system is burden for seller

This happened to me 2 times and one was a big project. I am very much disappointed with this but its the fact Fiverr can’t do anything in case of Paypal dispute.
