Very satisfied with seller but cannot download/safe images sent

When I click on the attachment he sent I get a “404” error… I know the images are there because I saw them but I couldn’t return to save them to my desktop… what’s up with that?

are you using the older version fiverr? A couple of weeks ago i had the same problem and once i switched to the new version, the problem was solved. Good luck.
