Video chat for Fiverr

Hi Fellas!
I just wanted to ask if I can video chat with my buyers as I’m a doctor and providing online doctor consultation and some time it’s necessary to video chat with my patients.
I know it’s illegal to video chat with my fiverr patients on third party app so need your help for a legal way to do that.

Hey Dr. Uzair Ahmad!
Remove your gig about " I will do your medical assignments" as providing academic services is not allowed on Fiverr. If you do it by yourself its better. Otherwise, Fiverr will do it and this can lead to warning or account banned.
