Video chat with client

I will be doing design for a client, and video chatting will make gathering requirements easy. the client suggest me to do a video chat? shall I do ? or Fiverr will ban me?

Fiverr doesn’t allow sellers to contact outside of Fiverr. So you are not allowed to video chatting with buyer outside of Fiverr

I would suggest that you keep it professional … use fiverr’s video conference option and get the details and objectives of the project before ending the call , then keep the client updated on the project via fiverr text messages. Good Luck!

General sellers don’t have this feature. Only pro sellers have the call feature.

I would advise that you speak to CS about this. I was faced with a similar issue, and talking to CS ensured that certain guidelines were in place.

Actually, once an order is placed you can video call with your client. Atleast it works that way for me. I believe it has more to do with the buyer than the seller.
