Video Denial Questions?

Hey Fiverr members! I have a question. I’m trying to upload a video to this gig (http://fiverr.com/tweb137/turn-your-story-or-idea-into-a-short-sims-movie--2) and it keeps getting denied. I’m on about my fifth upload and still no luck.



I am hitting all the criteria:

Under 60 seconds,

Saying "Offered Exclusively for Fiverr,"

and the content is all mine.



My kick-back message whenever I’m denied is that I’m not saying my content is exclusively for Fiverr, but I’ve uploaded it twice with two different messages saying, "Exclusively offered on Fiverr.com."



Can someone help me get my video approved? Does my “Exclusive for Fiverr” need to be in voice-form or is just the typed-form okay? I think it may be a glitch or something, so should I contact customer support?
