Video gig did not pass the moderator's review

Hi everyone, I am new to Fiverr :). I have created a video gig promoting my services, unfortunately, my video did not pass the moderator’s review due to low quality of video and audio. But it runs perfectly nice, I checked it several times on different computers and used different players. I don’t understand it.

Have been looking for specific requirement to video gig quality, but couldn’t find any :(. Does anyone know what are the standards?
