Video Processing

Dear Fiverr community.



I have just created my first gig and I am excited to see how it runs. However, I am having a problem with video. I created a video to illustrate my product last week but it would not process. I have deleted it and uploaded another and the system is telling me that it takes another 24 hours to process! The video is a .mov file and only 30MB in size. Surely your system can process video quicker than this? I think I have a fun and unique product here that I am offering and the sample video is needed to illustrate that. Will I have to wait long? And, will my gig be reviewed, and if so, will the reviewer be able to see the video while it’s still processing?

Hey Paul, Welcome !



The video can take up to 24 hours but usually this is done in a few hours, It’s not the processing as such, it’s that a moderator reviews all videos on the site prior to publishing.
