Hi – I’m doing video testimonials, and I have an AWFUL screenshot used as the gig’s main photo (before it clicks to play). Is there a specific time frame in the video that Fiverr chooses? Or…should I make another video and hope that it chooses a nicer one? Everyone else seems to have decent ones, so I feel like I’m missing something.

Oh never mind! Looks like they choose a shot exactly halfway through the video. Oh well, hopefully this will help someone:)
