Video thumbnail never changes

Every time i want to change the thumbnail on the video it never changes, i even try different browers and laptops but it just never changes, does anyone else experience this because its been like this for me forever.

Although i do contact support and they change it for me but you think it would work when i do it myself?

I’ve had this happen to me as well.

I’ve waited it out and then it worked.
