Video uploads glitching today?

I’ve never had this issue before and my computer is hooked up to my wifi- It’s either taking nearly 20 minutes to upload a 30 second video, or giving me “IO” errors. Is this happening to anyone else?

UGH It’s still doing it! I have a lot of work I need to get done and it’s still at 3%. 😦
