Views and click1.5k cross but why don't get order still now?

One of my friend entered in Fiverr marketplace in 2018. After the week of his gig published, he got an order and also acquire 5-star review but now his view and click cross 1.5k. But the question is why doesn’t he get order now .he is gig is made according to all requirements what need for a stander gig.
So, can anyone suggest what should do now for order?
