Hi all,

I am looking for some help running my Fiverr page, but not sure if it is against the rules.

I am looking to hire a virtual assitant based in a different time zone so I can offer more swift responses to my Fiverr messages.

Is this allowed?

One of the VA’s I have messaged on Fiverr has said she think it might be a violation.

I would like to check to be sure.

I agree with the VA you contacted. The only one who may respond to messages and make Custom Offers for a seller’s account is the seller themself. There was a thread on this forum about a month ago about this, and someone found the specific place in TOS that said it was a violation.
