My voice feels tired and my throat gets sore, meaning any recording I do suffers in quality.Any tips? What exercises do you do to keep your voice healthy and fresh? shireen_mcf Posted March 26, 2019 Share Posted March 26, 2019 I’m not a voice actor but I think apple juice, honey / lemon in hot water or tea and peppermints are great for your voice. Mixing a bit of honey, lemon and whickey in hot water is very good for your throat as well. They’re mostly cold remedies but they work very well.If you watch some of the pixar behind the scenes videos, you can see a lot of voice actors drinking all kinds of things 🙂 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
