Voice Note feature in fiverr app

I have been doing freelancing from quite a while and observed that major of clients find it difficult to explain there problems in the form of text messages so i thought there should be some extra feature like voice note or anything they can think of to support buyers and sellers as well as this make communication easier.
share your thoughts on this
