Voice Over Audio Specs?

Hi all, I’m so new the paint hasn’t dried and setting up my first gig.

I’ve searched like a fiend and cannot find suggested specs for audio flles. Seems most are producing .wav, with the occasional .mp3 offered in addition.

What’s everyone producing for buyers? I was going to follow ACX standards (RMS -23db to -18db, peak <= -3db, noise < -60db) as a fall back. Anyone measuring LUFS?

Does this also apply to uploading demos?
