I have waited now over four months from the Fiverr team to fix the issue on my ID verification. The website does not work ont phone and I have followed all steps. There needs to be an alternative solution. I need to issue to be escalated to management and the technical team.
If my issue is not being address, I will need to press legal charges. This is absolutely unacceptable the amount of time I have been waiting for a fix. Suggesting the same thing over and over isn’t doing anything.
